Attention AIHce EXP Exhibitors
All complimentary badges associated with your booth are contingent on booking your hotel room through AIHce EXP Housing.
However, AIHce EXP will not contact you by telephone to make your hotel reservations.
There are many companies misrepresenting themselves to exhibitors saying they are “official” housing or leading exhibitors to believe certain hotels are selling out. They generally require prepayment, which AIHce does not.
We strongly encourage you to book housing through the official housing bureau for AIHce, Experient, Inc., and to alert the AIHce staff of any contact made by these housing “poachers.”
